Four days of natural health and conscious living in a palace and farmstead near Warsaw — 40+ lectures, workshops, meditations and sound journeys across two stages, each day themed after a mythic land (Earth, Atlantis, Lemuria, Hyperborea).
Days are earnest wellness practice with a raw-food and energy-medicine flavour; evenings turn to mainstream Polish pop concerts under the stars, so calibrate expectations after dark. Family-friendly with kids’ programming and a free health-expo alongside.
