A psytrance and art festival with a healing area the size of a festival of its own: morning yoga, breathwork, mindfulness and acroyoga, sound baths and voice-opening, mandala and integration workshops, plus talks on plant medicines and expanded states.
Four music stages (psytrance to tribal live sets) and a lovingly-run kids and family camp complete the eleventh edition. Take away the headliners and the Valley of Relaxation still carries a full week of meaning.
Celebration with an integration manual — dance hard, land softly.
