Five lakeside days in Masuria built around symbiosis — with nature, with the body, with each other.
Simbiosa mixes yoga and movement mornings, ceremony and ecstatic dance evenings, and a daytime program of workshops on ecology, relationships and nervous-system care. Swimming in Lake Świętajno between sessions is half the program. A gentle, well-held entry point into the Polish conscious-festival circuit.
Everything is connected: lake, forest, body and neighbour, practiced rather than preached.
