Patchlab Digital Art Festival
Galeria Pałacu Potockich, Kraków (multi-venue city festival), Poland
tickets on sale zł 10–80
Patchlab is a digital art festival held in Kraków every year since 2012, run by the Photon Foundation, which Elwira Wojtunik and Csaba Láng founded and curate.
It sits in the art-and-tech field and asks how technology reshapes society and the environment, through exhibitions, immersive and VR works, audiovisual concerts, interdisciplinary performances, video screenings, workshops, talks and panels. The programme is spread across the city: a gallery in the Potocki Palace, MOCAK, the Manggha museum, Cricoteka, Apteka Designu and Hevre+1, where an evening Festival Club with free DJ/VJ sets runs alongside. The fifteenth edition, Dream Sim, takes place on 15–18 October 2026. Some events are free, others are ticketed one by one, and a limited festival pass covers most of them. The festival carries the EFFE Label and is co-funded by the City of Kraków.
A critical, art-led look at how technology reshapes imagination, perception and human agency.
