Mystic Creatures Festival

Mystic Creatures is a four-day electronic music festival held each early September on a wooded island campsite in Lake Lubie, in Poland’s West Pomeranian lake district.

It is organised by a Berlin collective, and much of the crowd travels in by bus from Germany. Six hand-built stages run around the clock with progressive and deep house, techno, downtempo, ambient and some hip-hop. A separate area offers workshops, a wood-fired sauna and a campfire. Between sets people swim from lifeguarded beaches, wander past light installations and circus performances, or rest in the chill-out corners spread across the island. Camping in the adjoining meadow is part of the ticket, and an awareness and psy-care team is reachable from every bar. It is strictly for adults.
