Indian Spirit Festival
Festival meadow near Eldena, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany
announced Price TBA
A psytrance and goa-trance festival in northern Germany, held on a meadow near Eldena in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
It began in 1999 at an airfield near Kyritz, moved through several sites and settled at Eldena; the organisers call it Germany's largest psytrance festival, and the 2025 edition counted over 25,000 visitors from 53 countries. The name nods to the outdoor trance parties of late-1980s Goa. Music comes first, on stages that include the Sun Stage, billed as the largest covered stage in Germany, a Moon Stage of psychedelic and progressive trance and a fire tent for relaxed techno and house. Around them sit yoga, workshops, a chill-out stage, a market mile, UV decoration and light and fire shows. There is an awareness zone, and the festival describes itself as a loving, respectful community. The next edition is announced for 25 to 30 August 2027.
Love, dance and trance: the outdoor goa spirit kept alive, in a community meant to feel loving and respectful.
