Ecstatic Dance Festival Poland

Five days of sober dance at HeartLand — the fifth edition of Poland’s dedicated ecstatic-dance gathering.

Two dance spaces (live percussion and DJ sets), contact-improvisation labs, morning yoga and evening sound journeys, all inside a strict no-alcohol, no-talking-on-the-floor container. The facilitation team holds the arc from opening circle to closing integration, so the dance deepens instead of just repeating.

The dance floor as meditation hall — sweat, stillness and silence in equal measure.
