Festiwal Biodanzy

The Polish biodanza family’s yearly meeting — three days of vivencias, shared meals, lectures and workshops at a lakeside centre near Warsaw, taken over exclusively for the gathering.

Twenty facilitators hold seventeen dance journeys across the weekend, with separate tracks for children and teenagers so whole families come. Warm, structured and welcoming: if ecstatic dance feels too free-form, biodanza’s guided arc is the gentler door into dance as practice.
