Alma Festival

Alma is the yearly gathering of the wellbeing platform ANÍMA. For its fifth edition it settled into Verdura Resort, a Rocco Forte hotel on Sicily’s southwest coast, for three days built around longevity: morning movement, breathwork, yoga and Pilates, contrast therapy and talks on the Mediterranean way of living, plus an excursion to Caltabellotta, an emerging Blue Zone.

Long shared meals, coastal walks and evening music and ceremonies hold the days together; the ticket is a resort package with the stay included.

Wellness as a way of living rather than an occasional treat: longevity, movement and community, shared over long meals.
